Job summary

SafeSplash Tulsa is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to oversee safety for employees and customers. You will monitor activities, respond to emergencies, and ensure a positive, secure environment for children and parents at our facility.

The role requires a current Lifeguard certification plus CPR-PR, First Aid, and AED within 30 days of hire. You will work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends, with 10+ hours weekly and on-site duties under school leadership.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard certification required and maintained during employment.
• Current CPR-PR, First Aid, and AED certifications within 30 days of hire.
• Learn the curriculum and safety requirements within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant surveillance to ensure customer safety and report unsafe activities.
• Provide emergency care and treatment until EMS arrival.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain safety standards.
• Deliver a world-class, safe experience for swimmers and families.
• Attend monthly in-services to improve lifeguarding skills.
