Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Indianapolis, IN seeks a capable leader to oversee the Academy/Child Center operations, ensuring safety, engagement and exceptional service for Members and Team Members.

You will supervise the Kids team, drive events and programming, manage payroll within budget, and mentor staff, while delivering memorable experiences for junior members. This role requires strong leadership, childcare experience, and certification readiness in a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years teaching or working in a children’s program.
• 2 years supervisory/management experience.
• Complete Kids On-Demand Certifications before start date.
• First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a safe, clean environment for Members and Guests.
• Assist Kids Manager with events/programming and drive participation and revenue.
• Manage Academy/Child Center payroll within budget; advise Kids Manager as needed.
• Support Kids team through training, feedback and coaching.
• Oversee hiring/onboarding of kids team members; manage inventory and supplies.
