Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking an Academy/Child Center Team Leader to oversee safety, engagement and daily operations for junior members. You will partner with the Kids Manager to ensure the best experience within the Academy/Child Center and during kids programming/events.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, team training, and event support, with responsibility for payroll and inventory as part of a collaborativeKids team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children's program.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications within 60 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a safe, clean environment for Members and Guests.
• Assist Kids Manager with events/programming and drive participation and revenue.
• Manage payroll within budgetary guidelines and advise Kids Manager as needed.
• Support and train kids team members, give feedback and coaching.
• Complete casting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of kids team members.
• Handle inventory and ordering of supplies, toys and equipment for the Academy/Child Center and events.
