Job summary

Life Time is seeking a leader for the Academy/Child Center to oversee safety, engagement, and operations, ensuring outstanding service for Members and Team Members. This role partners with the Kids Manager to deliver top-notch experiences for junior members during programming and events.

The position requires supervisory experience, childcare program background, and relevant certifications with a focus on safety and customer service, working primarily on-site at our Collierville location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children's program.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Kids On-Demand Certifications must be completed before first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service in a safe, clean environment for Members and Guests.
• Promotes events/programming and supports marketing to drive participation and revenue.
• Manages the Academy/Child Center payroll within budgetary guidelines and makes recommendations to the Kids Manager.
• Supports Kids team members with training, feedback, and coaching.
• Completes casting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of kids team members.
• Manages inventory and assists in ordering supplies, toys, and equipment for the Academy/Child Center and events.
