Job summary

Life Time in Chicago, IL seeks an Academy/Child Center role focused on safety, engagement and operations for junior members. You will partner with the Kids Manager to ensure top-tier experiences during programming and events, while supporting staff and payroll within budget.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children’s program.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a safe, clean environment for Members and Guests.
• Assist Kids Manager with events/programming and drive participation and revenue.
• Manage payroll within budgetary guidelines and advise the Kids Manager on staffing needs.
