Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging, safe activities for children from 3 months to 11 years within our Academy and classes. You will create age-appropriate activities, supervise play, and uphold safety and order.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to manage a group of children while maintaining routines and positive interactions. Certifications and documentation duties are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must complete Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before start date.
• First Aid, Infant/Child CPR/AED within 60 days of hire.
• Must meet all state or federal requirements before first day.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and interact with members professionally.
• Engage children in stories, crafts, singing, and games.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for toys and equipment.
• Maintain documentation, audits, and staff checklists.
• Promote Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Provide feedback and coaching through evaluations.
