Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is hiring a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging, safe activities for children aged 3 months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. You will greet members, coordinate crafts, storytelling, and games, and ensure a clean, safe environment.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, plus completion of required certifications within the specified onboarding period.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• First Aid certification and CPR/AED for Infant/Child and Adult required within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engages children in storytelling, crafts, singing, and games.
• Maintains a safe, healthy environment regarding toys, equipment and surroundings.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits, and staff checklists.
• Promotes Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
