Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Kids Supervisor to deliver engaging, safe, and entertaining activities for children from three months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. You will greet members, lead storytelling and crafts, and ensure a positive, secure environment during play.

The role includes documenting operations, coordinating staffing, and promoting Life Time Kids programs. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must complete all Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before first day of work.
• First Aid certification required within 60 days of hire.
• CPR/AED (Infant/Child and Adult) certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engage children in storytelling, crafts, singing, and games.
• Monitor safety and maintain a healthy environment for children and toys/equipment.
• Maintain operational documentation, audits and staffing checklists.
• Promote and upsell Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Complete team evaluations and provide coaching as needed.
