Job summary

Life Time, Inc. seeks a Kids Supervisor to organize engaging activities for children from three months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. You will supervise and implement safe, fun activities including storytelling, crafts, singing, and games.

Responsibilities include greeting members, promoting Life Time Kids programs, maintaining documentation, and coaching team members. Required certifications include First Aid, CPR/AED within 60 days, a HS diploma or GED, and completion of Kids

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• First Aid certification and Infant/Child CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before first day.
• Compliance with all state or federal requirements prior to first day.

Responsibilities

• Greet, acknowledge, and interact with members and guests
• Engage children in storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games
• Monitor safety and maintain a healthy environment for toys and equipment
• Maintain operational documentation, audits, and cleaning checklists
• Promote Life Time Kids programs, products, and services
• Complete team member evaluations and provide coaching
