Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Chicago manages the Academy/Child Center, ensuring safety, engagement, and top-tier service for Members and young Members. You will partner with the Kids Manager to run events, coaching staff and maintaining a positive, activity-filled environment for children.

The role requires experience with children’s programs, supervisory duties, and relevant certifications. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies this hourly position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years teaching or working in a children's program.
• 2 years supervision/management experience.
• First Aid, CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days.
• Kids On-Demand Certifications before start date.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and friendly environment for Members and Guests.
• Assist Kids Manager with events/programming and drive participation/revenue.
• Manage Academy/Child Center payroll within budget and advise Kids Manager.
• Coach and train Kids team members; provide feedback.
