Job summary

Life Time in Edina, MN seeks an energetic lead for the Academy/Child Center to ensure safety, engagement and top-notch service for Members and kids. You’ll partner with the Kids Manager and team to deliver quality programming, events and experiences for junior members.

The role requires hands-on leadership, payroll oversight within budget, and coaching of staff, with certifications in First Aid/CPR to be completed within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
2 years of experience teaching or working in a children's program.
2 years of supervisory/management experience.
First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service in a safe, clean environment for Members and Guests.
Assist Kids Manager with events/programming to boost participation and revenue.
Manage payroll within budget and advise the Kids Manager as needed.
Coach and support Kids team members with training and feedback.
Complete hiring and onboarding of kids team members.
Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment for the Center and events.
