Job summary

Life Time in Chicago is seeking a Child Center Supervisor to oversee the Academy/Center operations, ensuring safety, engagement, and exceptional service for junior members and their families.

You will partner with the Kids Manager, manage payroll within budget, coach staff, and handle onboarding of new team members while supporting events and programming.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children's program.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications must be obtained within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service in a safe, clean, and friendly environment for Members and Guests.
• Supports Kids Manager in events/programming and drives participation and revenue.
• Manages the Academy/Child Center payroll within budget and advises the Kids Manager as needed.
• Supports Kids team members with training, feedback, and coaching.
• Completes hiring, onboarding of kids team members; assists in inventory and supplies for the Academy/Events.
