Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver educational and fitness-minded programs for children aged 3 months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. You will organize activities, supervise transitions, and ensure a safe, engaging environment.

Responsibilities include greeting members, guiding activities per the schedule, maintaining attendance records, and collaborating with parents and team members to promote Kids programming. CPR/First Aid certification is required within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work.
• First Aid certification and Infant/Child & Adult CPR/AED within 60 days of hire.
• GED or high school equivalency is acceptable as stated.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with members and guests professionally.
• Instructs activities to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Prepares for class and manages transitions for kids.
• Keeps attendance and developmental records up to date.
• Maintains safe, healthy environment and manages behavior.
• Promotes Junior programming to boost participation.
• Maintains and cleans Kids Academy areas and restocks supplies.
• Handles incidents calmly and communicates with parents and team.
