Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver engaging, educational and fitness-minded programming for children aged 3 months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. You will greet members, guide activities, and safely transfer kids to and from classes while maintaining a fun environment.

You will prepare for each class, track attendance and incidents, and uphold cleaning routines. First aid and CPR/Infant-Child certifications are required within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Fosters children's development by instructing organized activities.
• Prepares and sets up for class and transfers kids to and from programming.
• Maintains records of attendance, development, and incidents.
• Monitors safety and maintains a healthy environment.
• Uses positive behavior management and communicates with parents and staff.
• Promotes Junior programming to increase participation.
• Maintains the Kids Academy and other areas by following cleaning checklists and restocking.
