Qualifications

• Experience in planning and coordinating events in a retail environment.

• Familiarity with upselling event add-ons and promotions.
• Retail and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children's birthday parties and other craft events.
• Engage with clients of all ages, creating a fun and creative environment.
• Demonstrate and instruct party participants in crafts and activities.
• Facilitate party add-ons (goody bags, balloons) to company standards.
• Communicate events with clients and store team members.
• Handle administrative tasks: emails, calls, paperwork as needed.
• Adjust plans based on client feedback and needs; create backup plans as needed.
• Ensure client satisfaction and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
