Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Ability to manage multiple parties and maintain schedules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guests of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events including children's parties and in-store classes.
• Assist customers, help locate products, enroll in Rewards/Private Label Credit Card.
• Handle checkout tasks and store operations to maintain Brand Promises.
• Communicate with clients and team, create backup plans and ensure safety.
