Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail.
• Experience planning and coordinating events, including children's parties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate in-store events (e.g., birthday parties, crafts).
• Assist customers with product location and solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and Omni-channel support (BOPIS, SFS).
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock, and planograms (POGs).
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
