Job summary

PSIA-AASI Western Region in Waterville Valley, NH is seeking a Kids Kamp Supervisor to lead the daily operation of the Kids Kamp program for ages 4–12. You will manage staff, coordinate lesson flow, and ensure a safe, fun learning environment on-snow and indoors.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training instructors, scheduling to meet demand, and partnering with resort operations to maintain high guest satisfaction throughout the season (November through early April).

Qualifications

• Experience leading a program team and coordinating multiple activities
• Ability to recruit, train, and evaluate instructors
• Strong communication with guests and staff in a dynamic setting

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Kids Kamp program, including check-in, group organization, lesson flow, and dismissal
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate Kids Kamp instructors; provide on-snow coaching
• Coordinate with front desk on cancellations, sales, and day-of operations
• Maintain safety, policy compliance, and weekly safety meetings with staff
• Manage payroll and scheduling; collaborate with co-supervisors and other departments
