Job summary

Life Time in New Hope is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver educational and fitness-minded programming for children from 3 months to 11 years. You will organize activities, ensure safety, and assist with events and parties as needed.

Responsibilities include greeting families, guiding children through structured activities, maintaining records, and collaborating with parents and staff to optimize the Kids Academy experience.

Qualifications

• First Aid and CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Learnings prior to first day of work.
• Less than a High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with members and guests professionally.
• Instruct and engage children 3 months to 11 years in activities.
• Prepare for class and transfer kids to/from programming.
• Maintain attendance, development, and incident records.
• Ensure safety and health by supervising toys and equipment.
• Communicate with parents and team members.
• Promote all Kids & Aquatics programming.
• Restock supplies and keep areas clean.
• Handle incidents calmly and professionally.
