Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Instructor to provide engaging, educational, and fitness-minded programming for children aged from three months to eleven years within our Kids Academy. The role includes hosting parties and other events as needed, while ensuring a safe, positive environment for every child.

The position focuses on organizing and delivering activities that support development and fun, with a strong emphasis on safety and clear communication with parents and staff.

Qualifications

• Customer service and strong communication with members and parents.
• Ability to engage groups of children in activities.
• Experience working with kids in similar programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Instructs activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Prepares for classes, moves children to and from programming, and maintains attendance records.
• Ensures a safe, clean environment and follows safety protocols.
• Uses positive behavior management and communicates with parents and team members.
• Promotes Junior programming and participates in event hosting when needed.
