Marblehead YMCA is seeking enthusiastic Gymnastics Instructors to energize our programs for children of all ages. You’ll lead classes from parent-child to preschool and school-age sessions, helping kids develop confidence, coordination, and strength.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children in teaching, coaching, or supervising roles.
• Background in gymnastics, cheer, dance, or similar movement disciplines.
• Strong communication and positive guidance techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead age-appropriate gymnastics classes that foster movement and skill development.
• Provide clear demonstrations and instruction tailored to each class level.
• Create a safe environment by supervising activities and maintaining equipment.
• Build positive relationships with children and families, supporting growth.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere.
