The Marblehead YMCA, part of the YMCA of the North Shore, seeks a Gymnastics Specialist to lead classes for preschool through advanced levels and implement a progressive curriculum. You will foster a fun, safe environment and engage families to promote program retention, while building strong relationships within the community.

Qualified candidates have prior gymnastics coaching experience, strong instructional clarity, and enthusiasm for youth development.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching gymnastics and low-level teams.
• Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, age-appropriate gymnastics classes from preschool to advanced levels.
• Implement curriculum to foster skill progression and confidence.
• Ensure a fun, safe, and supportive program environment.
• Connect with participants, families, and members to build relationships and retention.
