Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to guide children through activities such as rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, and gym games.

You will integrate nutrition education with themed activities to ensure safety and fun for ages 3 to 13, while delivering a high-energy, engaging experience. Responsibilities include supervising up to 10 children, maintaining activity areas, promoting monthly events to boost participation and revenue, and adhering to department budgets for

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
• CPR/AED (Infant/Child and Adult) within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands and arms; climb ladders.
• Evenings and weekends availability.

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities (arts & crafts, singing, sports) while maintaining a safe environment.
• Leads a group of up to 10 children ages 3–13 with a positive, outgoing attitude.
• Demonstrates courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, and professionalism to customers.
