Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to lead children through diverse activities including rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, and gym games. The role integrates nutrition education with themed activities while ensuring safety and fun for children aged 3–13.

You will engage kids in organized activities, supervise groups of up to 10, and model a positive, energetic demeanor. The position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and a commitment to customer service

Formación

• 1 year of related experience or more.
• First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
• CPR/AED for Infant/Child and Adult within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Engage children in interactive activities and maintain a safe environment.
• Lead groups of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality and professionalism to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of activities to ensure safety.
• Promote monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue.
• Manage supplies and snacks within department budget.
