Life Time Inc. is looking for a Kids Events Team Member in Peoria, Arizona, to lead children aged 3-13 in various fun activities such as rock climbing, swimming, and arts & crafts. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience and must obtain First Aid and CPR/AED certifications within the first two months. Evening and weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid Required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, use hands, objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and climb ladders.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities including organized arts and crafts, singing, sports activities, and games.
• Leads a group of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a fun, positive attitude.
• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities to ensure safety.
