Job summary

Life Time Naperville is seeking a Kids Parties and Events Supervisor to organize and oversee party activities, train hosts, and coordinate with café and pool teams to ensure a seamless member experience. You will collaborate with families to register and prep for events and supervise team members to deliver engaging activities for children.

Responsibilities include coaching hosts, ensuring safety and engagement, and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to sell and promote programs and services.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children.

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Facilitates organized party and event activities and ensures children are active, interested, and safe throughout activities.

Position Summary

Partner with families to register and prep for parties and events.

Position Requirements

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.75 and pays up to $21.25, based on experience and qualifications.
