Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking an Entertainment Ambassador to spearhead kid-friendly activities and on-site entertainment at our Scotrun, PA location. You will create an exciting atmosphere, lead branded experiences, and engage families with energetic performances and hands-on activities.

The role supports community events, requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and includes opportunities to participate in seasonal programming and training through Great Wolf University.

Qualifications

• Some High School education or equivalent.
• Flexibility regarding scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven customer service skills and communication skills; able to read and interpret English language manuals relating to safety, operations, and procedures.
• Successful completion of a criminal background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Great Wolf Lodge guests and families.
• Lead on-site child-friendly promotional activities and branded experiences.
• Represent Great Wolf Lodge mission and values in public settings.
• Perform character appearances and brand experiences according to SOPs.
• Manage high-energy events such as Storytime, Dance Party, and crafts during shifts.
• Assist with inventory of event materials and maintain a clean, safe environment.
