Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Ocotillo, CA is seeking a Kids Supervisor to lead safe, fun engagement for children from 3 months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. You will greet members, run activities, monitor safety, and promote Life Time Kids programs while supporting team evaluations and coaching.

The role requires a High School Diploma and required certifications; on-the-job training and certifications must be completed within 60 days of hire. This is a part-time position with on-site work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before first day of work.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engages children in interactive activities including storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Maintains a safe and healthy environment with respect to toys, sports equipment, other children, and surroundings.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits and delegates cleaning checklist and staffing.
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Completes Team Member Evaluations, provides feedback and coaching as needed.
