Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging activities for children aged 3 months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. You will supervise safety, plan crafts, storytelling, and games while promoting Life Time Kids programs.

The role demands strong customer service, communication, and the ability to engage groups of children. Certifications and state/federal requirements must be met before starting, with comprehensive benefits offered for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must complete Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day.
• First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engages children with storytelling, crafts, singing and games.
• Ensures a safe, healthy environment for children and gear.
• Maintains operational docs, audits and cleaning checklists; delegates tasks.
• Promotes Life Time Kids programs and services.
• Completes team member evaluations and provides coaching.
