Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• First Aid and CPR/ AED certifications required within 60 days of hire.
• Complete all Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greets and engages members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engages children in stories, crafts, singing and games.
• Maintains a safe environment for children and supervision of toys and equipment.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits, cleaning checklists and staffing.
• Promotes Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Provides feedback and coaching through team member evaluations.
