Life Time is seeking a Kids Supervisor to lead safe, fun, and engaging activities for children from three months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. The role involves welcoming guests, guiding group activities, and ensuring a healthy environment while promoting Life Time Kids programs.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, relevant certifications within the first 60 days, and strong communication skills to coach staff and engage families.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days of hire.
• Must complete Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before first day of work.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.

Responsabilidades

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engages children in interactive activities including storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Monitors and maintains a safe and healthy environment for toys, sports equipment, children and surroundings.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits and cleaning checklists.
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Completes Team Member Evaluations and provides feedback and coaching as needed.
