Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Supervisor to lead safe, engaging activities for children aged 3 months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. You will greet members, coordinate stories, crafts, singing, and games, while ensuring a healthy, supervised environment.

Key duties include maintaining program quality, completing team evaluations and coaching, and promoting Life Time Kids offerings. Benefits include medical/dental, 401(k) matching, training, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• First Aid certification and CPR/AED within required timeframe.
• Completion of state or federal requirements prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engages children in storytelling, crafts, singing and games.
• Maintains a safe environment for toys, equipment and children.
• Maintains operational docs, audits and cleaning checklists.
• Promotes Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Completes team evaluations and provides coaching.
