Job summary

PDS Health in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Kids’ Dentistry Manager to lead pediatric dentistry operations and drive financial performance for the location. The role focuses on patient acquisition and retention, staff leadership, and implementing the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE).

The manager will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with pediatric dentists, ensuring smooth patient visits and strong office performance. Leadership and strategic execution are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 or more years of related work experience.
• Operational management knowledge of medical/dental offices.
• Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or technical school; or, equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the launch of Pediatric Dental model and programs in assigned office by implementing best operational practices.
• Maintain an office schedule that is productive and organized so that the Pediatric Dentist will have a profitable and smooth-running office.
• Assists Operations Manager drive year over year revenue and profit growth by managing expenses to monthly budget, managing profit and loss, implement and ensure adherence to cash management and accounting protocols, and other financial drivers of the location.
• Lead daily huddles and meetings as required.
• Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to criteria with respect to facility cleanliness and maintenance.
• Other duties assigned by Management.
