PDS Health is hiring an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in driving financial performance across assigned locations. You will supervise front-office teams and champion the Perfect Patient Experience to grow Patients for Life.

In this role you will plan schedules, coach staff, uphold company standards, ensure compliance with policies, and collaborate with clinicians to optimize patient care and office operations at your location(s).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred coursework or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and set performance standards.
