• Requires at least 5+ years in operational management of medical/dental offices.
• Knowledge of dental plans, fees, plan design, and PPO/insurance guidelines.
• Experience leading a team, mentoring staff and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Launch pediatric dental models and programs in the office.
• Maintain productive, organized office schedules for profitability.
• Assist Operations Manager in revenue and profit growth and budget adherence.
• Handle People Services functions: staffing, hiring, performance reviews, salary administration.
• Drive marketing initiatives to grow the business and patient base.
• Lead daily huddles and staff meetings; ensure PPE and culture alignment.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and maintenance per standards.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
