Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate dance experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach dance classes to children aged 4-12, fostering rhythm, coordination and creativity.
• Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans to support varied skill levels.
• Inspire students to progress in dance skills and confidence in a supportive class environment.
• Maintain classroom behavior with sensitivity to ensure a respectful learning atmosphere.
• Prepare students for performances or showcases and encourage community involvement.
• Uphold safety protocols and proper warm-up techniques to prevent injuries.
