Job summary

The Michaels Companies in York, PA seeks an energetic team member to coordi- nate in-store events, including kids birthday parties, to deliver a fun, engaging guest experience. You will assist customers, manage checkout, and support merchandise and event setup to ensure a smooth operation.

You will interact with guests of all ages, educate them on programs, and help maintain store standards. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event areas, including activities and add-ons.
• Engage customers with rewards programs and enrollment assistance.
• Coordinate with store team and communicate event details to clients.
