YMCA of the Jersey Shore is seeking a Kids Club Associate for the Freehold Family YMCA. The role focuses on delivering quality childcare, guiding activities, and ensuring a safe, enriching environment for children throughout shifts.

You will interact with both children and adults, adhere to branch policies, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Training, safety procedures, and timely attendance are required for successful performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• At least 1 year of childcare experience.
• Ability to engage children in activities and reading.
• Good oral and written communication with adults and children.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality childcare and supervise Kids Club activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe Kids Club room and equipment.
• Assist in implementing scheduled activities for children.
• Fill out accident/incident reports and notify supervisor.
• Follow emergency procedures and safety policies.
