Job summary

Onelife Fitness is seeking a Kids’ Club Associate to create a safe, clean, and fun space for children while families enjoy the club. You will greet families, manage check-in/out, lead age-appropriate activities, and respond to each child’s needs with care.

You’ll keep the space safe and organized, follow safety procedures, and communicate with parents and managers as needed. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Comfortable building rapport quickly and juggling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play
• Respond to each child’s physical and emotional needs with care
• Keep the space spotless and safe—sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork
• Communicate with parents; elevate questions/concerns to a manager as needed
• Let parents/manager know if a child needs attention beyond Kids’ Club capacity
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or at least 16 years old and a current high-school student in good standing)
• 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred
• CPR/AED (infant/child/adult) certification preferred
