Job summary

Onelife Fitness in Maryland is hiring a Kids’ Club Associate to create a safe, clean, and fun space for children while parents relax. You’ll greet families, lead age-appropriate activities, and ensure check-in/out runs smoothly. You’ll also sanitize toys and follow safety procedures during play.

Ideal candidates bring friendly energy, strong communication, and reliability. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 6+ months of childcare preferred and CPR/AED certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (or be at least 16 and a current student).
• 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred.
• CPR/AED infant/child/adult certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards.
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play.
• Respond to each child’s physical and emotional needs with care.
• Keep the space spotless and safe—sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork.
• Communicate with parents; escalate questions/concerns to a manager as needed.
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies.
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends).
