Job summary

Onelife Fitness is hiring a Kids’ Club Associate in Chesapeake, VA. You will greet families, supervise play, and ensure a safe, clean space for children while parents relax. Expect to lead age-appropriate activities, follow safety policies, and communicate with parents to coordinate check-ins and daily needs.

The role requires customer-friendly energy, multitasking ability, and a willingness to learn. CPR/AED certification preferred; 6+ months childcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep the space spotless and safe—sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork.
• Communicate with parents; escalate where needed.
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies.
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends).
