Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Academy/Child Center Supervisor to ensure a safe, engaging environment for junior members and their families.

You will partner with the Kids Manager to deliver high-quality events, programming, and kid-friendly activities while maintaining exceptional customer service. The role requires leadership experience in child care settings, a high school diploma or GED, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children’s program.
• 2 years of day care experience as lead teacher or two consecutive summers of camp with increased responsibility.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• First Aid certification and Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a safe, clean, and friendly environment for Members and Guests.
• Assist Kids Manager with events/programming and drive participation and revenue.
• Manage Academy/Child Center payroll within budget and advise on staffing needs.
• Support Kids team members through training, feedback, and coaching.
• Complete casting, interviews, hiring, and onboarding of kids team members.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies, toys, and equipment for the Academy/Child Center and events.
