Children of America, Inc. is seeking a Bus Driver to safely transport children between COA programs. You will perform daily safety checks, follow safety procedures, and maintain a nurturing transport experience for children. Strong communication with families and staff is essential.

Minimum requirements include a CDL with Passenger Endorsement, a clean driving record, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Flexible hours and some childcare facility experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• CDL with Passenger Endorsement is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of state and local transportation regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible with hours and work schedule.
• Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality.
• Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director.
• Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children.
• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience.
• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff.
