Children of America, LLC is seeking a Bus Driver to safely transport children between educational programs while following COA safety procedures. You will be a visible, caring representative of the program, supporting families and staff in a nurturing environment.

The role requires a valid license, a clean driving record, and flexibility in hours. Prior childcare facility experience is preferred; must be 21 or older.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of state and local transportation regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible with hours and work schedule.
• Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality.
• Implement COA safety procedures with guidance from the School Director.
• Exhibit care, patience, and professionalism with children.
• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience.
• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff.
