Children of America, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to safely transport children between our educational programs. You will perform daily vehicle safety checks, follow COA safety procedures, and uphold our mission to provide nurturing and secure transportation.

A CDL with Passenger Endorsement, a clean driving record, and being at least 21 years old are required. This full-time role includes benefits, paid time off, and opportunities across 65+ COA locations.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL with a Passenger Endorsement.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of state and local transportation regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible with hours and work schedule.
• Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality.
• Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director.
• Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children.
• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience.
• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff.
