Children of America is seeking a Bus Driver to safely transport children between educational programs and uphold our safety standards. You will conduct daily vehicle checks and follow COA procedures with guidance from the School Director.

The role emphasizes care, compassion, and patience with children, ensuring a nurturing transportation experience and positive representation of COA with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of state and local transportation regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible with hours and work schedule.
• Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality.
• Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director.
• Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children.
• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience.
• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff.
