Job summary

KidStrong is seeking energetic coaches to work with children ages walking through 11 years old. You will coach cognitive, physical and character development aligned with our weekly curriculum and engage with parents to explain the 'why' behind KidStrong activities.

Shifts run weekdays 3:45pm-7:30pm and weekends; compensation ranges from $18–$22 per hour with paid training at $18 and potential raises. This is a franchise location with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children is non-negotiable!
• Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age is a plus
• Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on KidStrong curriculum is plus
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• CPR certified
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter who just gets a job done

Responsibilities

• Coach children on cognitive, physical and character development that stems from evolving weekly curriculum.
• Speak to parents/guardians regarding the why behind KidStrong curriculum.
• Engage daily with the team to maintain facility excellence and cleanliness.
• Assist with private parties and camp coaching hours to increase scheduled hours.
