Job summary

KidStrong is seeking part-time coaches to join a fun, energetic, and professional team dedicated to child development. You will engage with parents and kids, focusing on brain, physical, and character growth for ages walking through 11 years old.

The role offers weekday mid-morning and evening sessions, with weekend morning hours as well. Ideal candidates have athletic or coaching backgrounds, experience with preschool to early elementary ages, and strong communication skills to educate families

Qualifications

• Coaching experience with the KidStrong age range (15 months to 8 years).
• Ability to educate parents on the curriculum and activities.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique and body mechanics.
• Strong interpersonal communication and motivational skills.
• Self-starter who consistently gets the job done and adapts to schedule changes.

Responsibilities

• Coach with athletic or coaching background for ages 15 months to 8 years.
• Classes run on weekdays, mid-mornings and evenings until 7 PM.
• Weekend shifts start at 8 AM and run through lunchtime.
• Flexible schedule based on studio needs.
• Opportunity to increase hours through private coaching sessions.
