Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Supervisor to supervise and implement engaging, safe, and entertaining activities for children from three months to 11 years in the Academy and classes.

You will greet members, lead storytelling, crafts, singing, and games while maintaining a safe environment and managing team evaluations and coaching. The role requires relevant certifications and a commitment to policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Complete Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before first day of work.
• First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days of hire.
• Complete all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engages children in storytelling, crafts, singing, and games.
• Maintains a safe and healthy environment for children and toys/equipment.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits, and cleaning checklists.
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products, and services.
• Completes team evaluations and provides feedback and coaching.
