Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Supervisor to engage children from three months to 11 years with safe, fun activities inside the Academy and classes. You will greet guests, lead storytelling, arts and crafts, and games, while maintaining a safe environment and proper conduct of staff.

Responsibilities include promoting Life Time Kids programs, completing team evaluations, and coaching teammates as needed. Requires high school diploma and early certification progress within probation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED required within the first 60 days.
• Must complete Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engage children in storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Maintain a safe environment and supervise toys and equipment.
• Promote Life Time Kids programs and services.
• Complete team evaluations and provide coaching as needed.
